TPS Agile Awareness - 1D

This course is intended for everyone who is new to the Agile way and for everyone who would like to validate their experience with the right practices. You will get to know the difference between Agile and Scrum, how to protect the flow during the Sprint and how to kaizen with TPS in Scrum.

Audience

This course is intended for everyone in an agile company who wants to know what Agile, Scrum, Kanban and TPS is all about.

Prerequisites

None, this course is for everyone who is interested in the Scrum framework. Just read the Scrum Guide. It's only 13 pages long and the Agile Manifesto.
