Scrum Foundation - 2D

This course is intended for everyone who is new to the Agile framework and for everyone who would like to validate their experience with the right practices. You will get to know the difference between Agile and Scrum, how to practice and implement Scrum, which tools you can use and how to protect the flow during the Sprint.

Audience

This course is intended for everyone who wants to learn the foundation of Scrum and wants to know how to prepare their future Scrum projects well.

Prerequisites

None, this course is for everyone who is interested in True Scrum. Just read the Scrum Guide. It's only 13 pages long.
