A Hands-On Start with Observations (Genchi Genbutsu)

This immersive approach, guided by the principle of "Genchi Genbutsu" (go and see), will form the foundation for all the subsequent coaching phases.

Whether we’re leveraging the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Way forward), A3 problem-solving for structured improvements, or Toyota Kata routines to instill continuous learning habits, the focus will always be on enabling your success. Together, we’ll foster a culture of continuous improvement that creates lasting change.


Regular Check-Ins and Progress Assessments

Throughout the coaching journey, you can expect regular check-ins to ensure we’re on track. I’ll provide updates, gather feedback, and adapt as needed to keep things aligned with your evolving needs. Milestones like the Scrum Team Assessment, Confidence Vote, and follow-up Gemba observations will ensure that you see tangible progress and measurable outcomes.
