About us

Embracing the Art of Excellence

From the dojo to the boardroom, my life has been a continuous journey of learning, practice, and mastery. Just as I spent 20 years honing my karate techniques until they became second nature, I approach coaching with the same dedication and passion. I founded Agile atelier with a simple philosophy: to explore and practice the how of things, not just the what. Hands-on experience is, to me, the cornerstone of true understanding. There's nothing more rewarding than witnessing others grasp concepts through doing.

Practice makes perfect or keep learning, keep practicing is a mantra that embodies my approach to both martial arts and coaching. It's about embracing the Shu Ha Ri (守破離) mindset—a Japanese concept that translates to "follow, practice, master." This philosophy aligns seamlessly in transformations and is at the heart of how I coach.
